By registering and using Timgram, you agree to the following:

• You may only upload content that you own or for which you have the necessary permissions.
• Content must not infringe copyrights, trademarks, image rights, privacy rights, or any applicable laws.
• By uploading content to Timgram, you declare that you hold all necessary rights.

2️⃣ Content License

By uploading content, you grant Timgram a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to:

• Display it on the platform.
• Distribute it within Timgram’s services.
• Modify it to adapt to the platform’s formats.
• Use it for promotional purposes within Timgram.

3️⃣ Advertising and Monetization

• Timgram may display advertising alongside your content without financial compensation, unless otherwise agreed.
• Ads may be personalized based on your interests, activity, or approximate location.

4️⃣ Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

• Violates copyrights or intellectual property rights.
• Is defamatory, obscene, violent, illegal, offensive, or discriminatory.
• Contains unauthorized advertising, spam, or misleading promotions.
• Violates image rights or privacy rights of third parties.

5️⃣ Reporting System

• Timgram allows content to be reported if it violates these terms.
• We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6️⃣ Limitation of Liability

• Timgram is not responsible for user-generated content.
• You agree to hold Timgram harmless from any claims related to the content you upload.

7️⃣ Changes to the Terms

Timgram reserves the right to modify these terms and will notify changes within the platform.
